Originally from South Florida, Barry spent much of his career as a Technology Manager working with Fortune 500 brands, leading complex projects and making strategic, data-driven decisions. Today, he brings that same analytical approach, attention to detail, and negotiation experience to real estate.

Barry’s connection to Northern Michigan began when he met his wife Audrey, who was born and raised in the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. After visiting, Barry quickly fell in love with the community and the lifestyle. Eleven years ago, they made Harbor Springs home and have since raised their two children in the Harbor Springs school system.

Barry has served on the Harbor Springs Planning Commission for the past four years, giving him valuable insight into local zoning, land use, and development regulations—knowledge that can be incredibly helpful for buyers and sellers alike.

Having personally purchased homes and rental properties in the area, Barry understands both the emotional and investment side of real estate. He enjoys helping clients find the right property while sharing everything that makes Northern Michigan such an incredible place to live.
