Brooke moved to Harbor springs with her family in 1996. Coming from Missouri, she quickly fell in love with the cool breeze that Lake Michigan offers during the heat of the summer, and picture-perfect snowy winters.

In 2001, she moved to Chicago to persue a career as a wholesale representative, and eventually met and married her husband who is native to the Chicago area. They have three kids, Anna, Reese, & Teddy. After nearly 20 years in the Chicago area, she finally talked her family into making Harbor Springs their permanent home. Not a hard sell to a family that skis, boats, and lives for everything Northern Michigan has to offer.

Brooke fell into real estate by way of property investments, owning long-term rentals, short-term/vacation rentals, as well as commercial property. Getting her real estate license was a natural transition. She loves looking for the perfect property, and respects everyone’s differences in style and taste. Each property/home tells a different story. She wants to help you find the perfect match, either selling or buying!
