Her Experience as a Broker in Northern Michigan...
In 2007, Danielle and CJ, her husband, moved to the area with their construction company. At the start, she managed a vacation rental on a spec house they built. When the home sold, she continued to handle the rental and soon realized she really liked working with the owners and sharing their vacation property. One property led to another and before she knew it, she had a full-time job managing homes in Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and Boyne City. From working with these rental clients she soon realized that she was learning so much about real estate in the area that she could use that knowledge to start working with buyers and sellers as a realtor. As a Broker in the area, she loves the character of old homes and, at the same time, respects the quality of new construction.

Her Most Admired Strength:
Danielle is an incredible problem solver. She loves gathering all of the pieces of what a client is looking for like a puzzle and putting it all together to find the perfect home for them based on their particular needs and desires.

What is the most rewarding part of the job?
Because Danielle thrives in paying attention to detail, when she pairs a client with their “perfect house” it’s both exciting and rewarding at the same time. She absolutely loves when her clients feel like they’ve found their dream house and she is honored to be a part of their journey!

Where you’ll find Danielle during her free time:
On sunny Northern Michigan summer days, you’ll find Danielle, her hubby, their darling daughter Mila and their German Shorthair Pointers outside! Whether they are at the beach, boating, mountain biking, running or hiking, they are constantly on the move. In the winter, you’ll catch them heading to the UP to enjoy snowmobiling in our Winter Wonderland. The family also gets to share their Northern Michigan lifestyle with their extended family that has also relocated Up North. Danielle absolutely loves living in Northern Michigan and looks forward to sharing it with her clients, old and new!
